Split Profiles and Reconciliations – Manage role access

Is there a way to restrict profile access while still allowing the Power User to manage reconciliations?

One of our client would like to grant a power user access to manage reconciliations only, without access to profiles. However, we currently have only one role available “Profiles and Reconciliations – Manage” which provides access to both profiles and reconciliations.
