Prevent prospective suppliers with still pending approval from sourcing invite

Summary:

We are not sure whether a registered prospective supplier will ultimately be approved or rejected by the supplier admin team. Because of this, buyers are able to add suppliers who are still pending approval to sourcing events. After the RFQ is published, these suppliers often complain that they cannot log in to the portal to submit their bids.

In this case please let me know any functionality available to avoid those suppliers.
