Issue with Manager WebTop - seeing total number of candidates

Hi there,

I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue... Our manager webtop users cannot see the first step in our CSW.  It is greyed out to them.  Before, they would only be able to see the total number of candidates that are in the steps the hiring managers are allowed to see.  Now, it seems that they see the TOTAL number of candidates that have applied to their role in the candidate list view.  They still cannot actually view these candidates when they go into the "greyed" out step which is good, but it is still showing our hiring
