Ability to restrict multiple level 3 categories on a smart form

Summary:

We want to create a smart form for software purchases. We have multiple level 3 software categories. These are all sat under level 1 'Technology' which contains all Technology categories.

Is there a way to restrict the smart form to multiple level 3 categories? We do not want to retrict only at Level 1 'Techbnology' as this contains non-software categories
