ROE Archive only showing 1 pay period after mid‑period payroll transfer (A Biweekly → B Biweekly)

Hello Experts,

We have an employee who transferred from 'A Biweekly'to 'B Biweekly' in the middle of the payroll period (01/04/2026–01/17/2026) and was terminated on 01/08/2026.

When we run the ROE Archive, using the termination date or final pay date gives a blank output, but using an Effective Date after the payroll period end (01/23/2026) generates a document. However, ROE Block 15C only shows one (1) pay period, instead of all historical periods.

We tried running Archive Periodic Payroll Results (PP02) for 'A Biweekly' for period 12/27/2025–01/03/2026, but no employee was pulled. It seems Oracle cannot find any 'A Biweekly'
