Allow a receiver to receive on behalf of other but limit by BU

Summary: Allow a receive to receive on behalf of other but limit by BU.

We have 3 BU's , and we want to designate 1 Receiver by BU. So the Requester and the designed Receiver should be able to receive a PO in a particular BU.

We are going to use "My Receipt (New)-in Procurement"

Is my understanding that we have the Privilege "RCV_MANAGE_RECEIPT_ADVANCED_RECEIVER_PWA", that allow a person to receive all the PO for all the bu, but can we use that privilege and assign the data set to restrict the access?
