Offer Letter Logic Ideas to support FLSA language

Hi community,

Curious what other customers have done to support including dynamic language for FLSA status in offer letters.

If the same offer letter template is being used, how have you achieved supporting scenarios where workers are going to be salaried and also non-exempt?

Out of the box the FLSA status is stored on the job business object, which the delivered offer letter data model does not include, so the FLSA status distinction must be made somewhere on the assignment OR the customer must customize the offer letter datamodel (deviating from the delivered).

Here are a few ideas, what am I not thinking of?
