Action Reason value for prior rows in Position HDL are getting wipped out.

Hi,

I have a Position HDL file to correct the most current row. Supplying position budget amount and action reason code. No other history rows are in the hdl file. Though the file gets processed successfully when I check post load I find that the action reason on all history rows has gotten wipped out.

I am using this line in the HDL though I know for certain that the positions do not have future dated rows.
