Project Health Analysis Based on Schedule and Budget

We have a requirement to analyze the overall health of a project based on its current status, schedule, and budget consumption.

 

For example, if a project has a start date in 2024 and an end date in December 2025, and the current date is January 2026, the project health should be evaluated based on the actual cost incurred against the approved budget. Based on this evaluation, the project should be classified as Critical, Normal, or other defined health statuses.
