Negotiation Number Hyperlink – Deep Link to Negotiation Details Page Not Working.

Summary: Negotiation number hyperlink is not redirecting to the corresponding negotiation details page.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): In Oracle Fusion Procurement, we are displaying the Negotiation Number as a hyperlink in workflow notifications.

Expected behavior:When the user clicks on the negotiation number hyperlink, the application should navigate to the Negotiation Details page for that specific negotiation number.

Current behavior:Clicking the hyperlink does not redirect to the negotiation details page of the selected negotiation. The navigation either fails or does not open the intended page.

We would like clarification on the following technical points:
