Email Notification to Requester When Buyer Returns Requisition from Process Requisition

Summary:
I would like to ask about email notification behavior when a Buyer returns a Requisition from the Process Requisition page.
Currently, when a Buyer performs Return Requisition back to the Requester, the system does not send any email notification to the original Requester. Our business requirement is to notify the Requester automatically when their PR is returned.
We would appreciate your guidance on how to configure or enable this behavior.
