ORC GenAI features clarification

Summary:

We are currently testing two of the ORC AI features: Similar Jobs and Suggested Jobs and we have some doubts on how the system is reading the data to give the results.

For the Suggested Jobs, does it read the candidate profile (experience, education, skills, etc) or just the jobs that the candidate applied to?

As for the Similar Jobs, is this the same feature that appeared in 21D?
