When a manager endorses one of their team for a skill in Team Skill Centre - the colleague receives no notification for the endorsement. Is there a way to configure an alert? We think the action is undermined by not alerting the colleague the manager has performed the endorsement

Manager accesses Team Skill Centre and goes into a skill that one of my team member is developing. The manager endorses the skill but the colleague is unaware as there is no notification sent.
