Hover description for applications in Team Activity Center

In the Team Activity Center, on the right-hand side we see multiple applications listed.
Currently, when users hover over an application, no additional information is displayed.

Is it possible to show a description or tooltip when hovering over an application (for example, explaining what the application is used for)?

If this is supported:

  • Is it configurable through Page Composer, Visual Builder, or any profile option/setup?
  • Or does it require customization / enhancement request?

Looking for guidance on whether this is achievable with standard functionality or only via a product enhancement.
