Employee Concierge: Can it perform transactional tasks?

Hello,

I have configured the template for the employee concierge in my environment. During testing, I have noticed that it is not performing transactional tasks. I was under the impression that it does do this.

I have asked it many things, for example I asked it to send my latest payslip in an email to me. Once it confirmed my email, it told me that it cannot send an email. (see screenshot below)

Is there something I am missing in the setup to allow it to perform transactional tasks?
