December Maintenance Pack update to the STUDENT_CONSOLIDATED_VW

With the 25.10.2.0 release, which was delayed in production until the 26A release, we introduced a fix to optimize the STUDENT_CONSOLIDATED_VW. This update improved performance and reduced delays when retrieving data from multiple underlying tables. Although performance has improved, we recommend reviewing all reports that use STUDENT_CONSOLIDATED_VW to determine if another view could be used. For example, STUDENT_ENROLLMENT_VW allows you to pull all student demographic data without including disbursing data.

Please note that this performance enhancement may require changes to custom reports using correlated subqueries, especially those with aggregate functions in conjunction with STUDENT_CONSOLIDATED_VW. You may encounter an error stating, 'Column may not be outer-joined to a subquery.' To ensure your reports run as expected, we recommend thoroughly testing all custom reports that reference STUDENT_CONSOLIDATED_VW in the 26A release before moving to production.
