Redwood: Perform Mass Item Attribute Changes Using Guided Tasks File is giving error

Summary:

we are using Guided task to mass item assignment,

in the first step #Search items, we have selected required item and org. in 2nd step Review and submit, we have generated the token and passed for validation. but the file didn't populated with the items selected. giving following error "An error occurred due to a temporary application resource issue. Try again. earlier the file was populating now not working.
