Summary:

We created a custom role with full data security access (ALL values) on Supplier Qualification Initiative (POQ_INITIATIVES).

However, users still can only see initiatives they created or are assigned to.

Please confirm if initiative visibility is restricted by design based on ownership/participation and cannot be overridden by roles or data security policies in 25D.

The user needs to see all initiatives even if they are not part of the evaluation team.
