OTBI Inventory Balance Real Time - Quantity on Hand per Serial Number

Summary:

We are using the OTBI Inventory Balance Real Time subject area to create an Inventory on Hand Report.

The report contains, item name, item description, inventory organisation code, subinventory, locator description, lot number, serial number, and on hand quantity.

Everything works except the on hand quantity is the total on hand quantity for the item at the locator. For example, if there are 3 unique serial numbers at the locator, the on hand quantity shows as 3. Therefore, our report shows 3 lines, one for each serial number, all with a quantity of 3. Instead, we want 3 lines, each with a quantity of 1.
