Confirmation Request: DigiCert Global Root G2 Trust Store in Eloqua

Hello,

We have received a notification from Salesforce that, starting on February 5, 2026, the root certificate used for system-to-system communication will be changed to “DigiCert Global Root G2.”

If DigiCert Global Root G2 is not trusted in the Eloqua instance under your management, there is a risk that API connections and batch processes with Salesforce may fail after this change.

Could you please help us confirm the following points?

1. Is DigiCert Global Root G2 already registered in Eloqua’s trusted certificate store (Trust Store)?

2. If it is not currently registered, would it be possible to add DigiCert Global Root G2 to the Trust Store?
