Course-Level Assignment Rules Not Applying to Learners

Summary:


Course-level assignment rules were configured, but these rules are not reflected on the learners assigned to the course. As a result, when learners complete the course, renewal assignments are not being created as per the defined rules.

Course-level default assignment/renewal rules are present and appear correctly configured at the course settings level.
Learners assigned to the course do not show the inherited rules on their learner assignment records.
Upon completion, no renewal assignment is generated automatically for affected learners.
