Rest API for baseline the forecast
Summary:
When we approve the forecast new version will be created, as current and original approved also working version will be created. earlier to achieve this used REST to perform this but on 25D REST is not working
fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/projectForecasts/100002651649039/action/submitForApproval
but currently this end point not available now
