Redwood Hire Employee – Grade and Worker Category dependency not supported?

Summary:

Hi everyone,

we are configuring the Redwood Hire Employee flow and would like to understand if there is any supported way to relate Grade and Worker Category during the Hire transaction (for example, guiding or constraining the Grade selection based on Worker Category).

So far, we only see options for defaulting and validations, but no configuration to dynamically filter the Grade LOV.

Any guidance or best practices would be appreciated.
