Actual Score not showing on Learner Enrollment Details page

Summary:
On our learner enrollment details page for scorm activities, the 'Actual Score' is not shown. We can see the attempts and 'Pass' or 'Not Passed' but we cannot see score. I have read the post below, which includes a screen shot of how the scores should be displayed, and when checking in visual builder studio, the default rule shows that the score is visible, but ours is not visible. We can see the scores on the Transcript page as expected.
