FCCS Runtime BR Consolidate Slow

We run into a problem where validation is taking way too long, and I need to figure out why the IF condition is causing this.
Here’s the background:
- The customer has about 700 cash flow accounts that need to be calculated.
- Cash flow calculations are only for base-level entities, Actual scenario, and Dec/Jun periods — so we added an IF condition to the consolidation rule "FCCS_10_After Opening Balance Carry Forward_LocalCurrency".
Performance details:
With IF condition: Validation =6mins, calculation = 2 mins.Without IF condition: Validation =5 secs, calculation time stays the same (2 mins).
Do you have any ideas why the IF condition is hitting validation time so hard? Any suggestions to fix this?
