Need to retrieve PNG documents uploaded from the Talent module

Summary:
The document record is visible in the FND_DOCUMENTS_TL and FND_ATTACHED_DOCUMENTS tables, but it is not available on the UCM server or in the PER_IMAGES table.
Need to identify the actual storage location of these documents.
