Possibility to hide "Recommend" and "Assign learning to my Team"

Hi Team,

I would like to explore the possibility of hiding certain new tabs introduced at the Learner and Manager levels in the Oracle 25D Learning module upgrade.

Specifically:

• Hide the “Recommend” button and restore the previous “Enroll” button for Learners (Me > Learning).
• Hide the “Assign Learning to My Team” option when a Manager logs in as an Employee (Me > Learning).
