Associate different rate to same project enterprise resource based on Organization

Hello,
Our client requires us to plan hours for a labor resource in project execution and after update the financial project plan, view the planned hours and related amount in project financial management.

We need a different rate to be inherited for the resource based on the organization indicated on the project task.

How can we do this? Which could be the best setup to do this, considering mapping between RBS and project enterprise resource ?
