Can Candidate's uploaded miscellaneous documents from one requisition stay on another?

Summary:

For one of our Customers , we have enabled Prefill Legislative Information in Candidate Applications and Prefill Prescreening Questions in External Candidate Applications which is working fine. But this feature doesn't apply on the miscellaneous documents and the Candidates have to attach same set of documents like Licenses and Certificates for similar requisitions over and over again. Is there a way in which we can reduce this manual work by the candidates?
