One Location (HZ LOCATION) shared with multiple Inventory Organizations

Summary:

We are migrating items from Old Inventory Orgs into New Inventory Orgs due to some costing, integrations and balances required. Due to this we want to use the same location in the Old and New Inventory Orgs. Both Inventory Organizations will be active as they will be connected to different systems. However Purchase Orders are created against the same location. Is there any impact on Receipt or other function having same location for 2 Inventory Organizations in the same Business Unit?
