How to restrict two lots with different expiration date to not to be received in one subinventory in oracle fusion?

We have a requirement that is 2 lots for an item have different expiry date, must be received in 2 different locators / subinventories. System should automatically make a suggestion. If they have same expiration date, then it must be received in same subinventory / locator.

Is there a way to achieve this requirement?
