Seeded Learning Specialist View All can create and manage all learning items and config in My Client Groups > Learning but cannot see courses in catalog in Me > Learning ?
Learning Specialist View:
Same user but in Me > Learning
User has all the hcm admin roles, seeded application admin roles, learning specialist and view all roles, seeded employee roles and is an active employee
Other users with just the same employee role can see all courses in Me > Learning
