Unable to find the eligibility criteria defined for user audience criteria

Summary:

I have already defined the audience criteria using the task "Manage Pre Defined Audience Criteria" in HCM Communicate & the eligibility profile is created , however when I am trying to attach the audience type in campaign using the eligibility profile , The eligibility profile I created is not showing in the LOV dropdown . I do not understand what is wrong . The Predefined Audience Criteria page is non redwood , whereas the campaign page is in redwood
