National Identifiers – making multiple identifiers mandatory (NIF and SSN)

Hi everyone,

we would like to check the supported configuration options for National Identifiers in Oracle Core HR (Redwood).

Is it possible to enforce the mandatory entry of more than one national identifier for the same person, specifically requiring both NIF and Social Security Number?

We are aware of country-based validations for national identifiers, but we would like to understand if there is any standard configuration to:

• require multiple identifiers at the same time, or
• enforce this through supported rules or setup.

Any clarification or best-practice guidance would be appreciated.
