How can you push one change in Visual Builder in the same project without pushing everything to prod

Summary:

We have one project for our HCM changes and have been making all changes in there. We want to push just one change to Production which is turning on Total Compensation Statements to make them visible under Me>Compensation. There have been multiple other changes to recruiting and HR, Performance that they aren't quit ready for those to be moved over. We are have some Redwood profiles turned on but not others are not. So I feel ok if we don't have the admin profiles turned on they won't move to production but if Redwood is turned on then how can
