It provides below navigation where we are unable to find it. If someone can share detailed navigation or some fature opt in to be selected, would be great help.

How do I view and download customer balance forward bills

You can view and download customer balance forward bills from the Balance Forward Bills infotile on the Account Overview page.

Perform these steps:

  1. On the Account Overview page, select the Balance Forward Bills infotile.
  2. Click the bill number to view or download the balance forward bill.
