Queue Assignment routing based on Primary contact Areas of Responsibility
Summary:
We have a client requirement to assign queue to HR requests based on the primary employee contact's areas of responsibility (AoR).
I cannot find this attribute under Manage Assignment objects as shown below.
Is there a way to include Aor attribute in the assignment rule?
Aor is defined at the person assignment level. for more info on AoR please refer to this link below
