Remove Job Requisition Actions Based on Role Using VBCS

Summary:

We have a client requirement to control access to actions on the Job Requisition page specifically for the Hiring Manager role, using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).

Requirement Details
For users assigned to the Hiring Manager role:

• Hiring Managers must be able to create a Job Requisition and submit it for approval
• After submission, all Job Requisition actions must be hidden or disabled at the UI level
  (for example: Edit, Post, Cancel, Open for Sourcing, etc.)
• Hiring Managers should effectively have read-only access to the Job Requisition once it is submitted
• The restriction must be enforced through VBCS (UI layer only)
