Leave and Absence Policy Advisor | Unable to add documents to the OOTB document tool

Hi All,

I am implementing the Leave and Absence Policy Advisor using the OOTB Agent template.

What I have noticed is that if we use copy template or use template - the agent tools cannot be added or removed.

The out of box agent has the document tool:

When trying to edit this tool in Tools > AI Agent Studio > Tools Tab

there is no edit option

If we use the duplicate option, it creates a custom tool which cannot be added to the Agent template, nor can the existing tool be removed.

Is there an alternate way to use the agent templates that have the document tool?
