FCCS – Rounding to Millions Causing Parent-Level Differences

Hi,

We have a requirement to report values in millions with rounding. We implemented this by creating a member named as "DS Millions" in the data source dimension and defined a member formula, but since rounding occurs at the base level, FCCS aggregates already-rounded values. This results in small rounding differences at parent and top consolidation levels, causing totals not to tie.

How are other FCCS customers handling rounding-to-millions requirements while ensuring:

• No rounding differences at parent levels
• Totals tie after consolidation
• Best practices are followed

Any recommended approaches would be helpful.
