Employee hired not visible in My Team to manager

Hi,

A newly hired Employee is not visible to Manager under My Team —> Contact Info. But same Employee is visible to same manager under My Team —> Family and Emergency contacts. What could be the reason. The employee is hired on 27th Jan 2026.
