Published changes not showing in Live UI

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have published changes in TEST to main and when in VBS you can see the changes made and they are in the GIT.

But when you go to the actual page in the Redwood UI the changes are not present ? In the TEST environment it actually says no active extensions deployed ?
