To Fetch Employee Comments under their Respective Goals for Performance Document

Summary:

Hi,

We have a Business Requirement where we need to fetch employee comments entered for their respective goals for performance while submitting them.

And we tried to fetch using Standard tables like HRA_EVAL_RATINGS,HRA_EVAL_SECTIONS But we couldnot achieve the required .

can any one help with the sql to fetch these comments ,i have attached the screen shot showing employee comments header.
