Deleting hierarchy labels in the Manage Account Hierarchy Labels page

Summary:

By mistake we added some extra Hierarchy labels in the system and now unable to delete them. I can see them on the Manage Account Hierarchy Labels page. I tried deleting them from there, but it shows an error-'Label cannot be deleted as its referenced in Tree'. I checked my program hierarchies and it doesn't have any such labels assigned to any value set there.

Can anyone help me out with resolving this issue?
