Summary:

As part of migration from Classic to Redwood , we ran the first process "HR Help Desk Metadata Migration to Redwood Help Desk" after following all the prequisites , the process is getting errored out. We have tried to run process multiples times , still nothing changes, it starts with running status .Within few seconds ,it changes the status to retrying and later land into an error.


Could someone help me with this issue?
