Unable to do Request to Resubmit of a supplier in Oracle fusion

Summary:

Hi Team,

Business approval when tries to request to resubmit action for a external supplier.
After entering a reason and clicking on ok, it not showing any results.
and Supplier didnt having any action too or not getting any request to resubmit notification.
What could be the possible reason?
