Previous position showing on Employee self-service Documents records page

Summary:

Previous position showing on Employee self-service Documents records page but when viewed from manager's id or administrator's id correct position is displaying.

Synchronize Person Records
and Synchronize Person Assignments from Position are scheduled to run daily and position synchronization is active on Manage Enterprise HCM Information page.

when ran the Employment diagnostic master report, got Assignment name and job name mismatch result.

But they are matching and accurate in employment info and person management page.

How can i troubleshoot this issue.
