Error When Associating Email Sender Profile to Communication Team – “The value is not a number”

Summary:

We are currently implementing HCM Communicate for a customer in Brazil and are facing a blocking issue when associating an Email Sender Profile to a Communication Team.

The Sender Profile can be created successfully under Manage Email Profiles, but when we attempt to associate this profile to a Communication Team and save, the system throws the following error and prevents the record from being saved:

“Error: The value is not a number. The value must be a number.”

This error appears only at the moment of linking the Sender Profile to the Team. The Team itself can be saved successfully if no Sender Profile is selected.
