Add button is Missing on Me > Performance > Check-Ins

Summary:

During testing in the 26A environment, we observed that the Add button under Me > Performance > Check-Ins is not visible. We reviewed our VBS configuration and confirmed that no rules were set that should impact this. We also tested using a seeded role, but the button still did not appear. Additionally, we checked in the 25D environment and the button is hidden there as well.
Is this the expected behavior?
