Removing actions from requisitions in Draft status

Hello,

We are dealing with a useability issue in Redwood Self Service Procurement, where the 'Duplicate' and 'Cancel' actions are available and selectable when requisitions are in Draft status.

To avoid confusion, we would like to remove these actions from the action menu only when a requisition is in Draft status.

Has anyone achieved this or does anyone have any suggestions on what steps need to be taken to be able to do this, if feasible?
